OUTREACH (SDVO):
Counseling Service Disabled and Prisoner of War Veteran new and existing businesses (SDVE) to access: financial, marketing, educational and technical resources available from all sources available through over 1400 university and community college and Small Business Development Centers (SBDC's) nationwide.

EQUITY DEVELOPMENT (SDV/ED)
Providing equity investment opportunities to emerging SDVE, so that they may grow their businesses to meet new federal procurement goals such as Public Law 106-50, accelerating private sector procurement initiatives and investment.

ZERO DECLINATION (OD)
Providing appropriate development services to SDVE not prepared to meet the fiduciary requirements of financial institutions without development assistance. SDVE are referred by patriot partner banks to specified SBDC partners for assistance via an automatic procedure.

ASDV VETOPPS
Venture collaborations that utilize SDVE as "marketing partners" to fulfill government and private PROCUREMENT opportunities.

ASDV VETJOBS
Managed EMPLOYMENT opportunities, for service disabled veterans and other disabled persons, in ventures established by "Patriot Partners".
