Please be assured that the Association for Service Disabled Veterans enthusiastically
supports your filing an amendment to strike the Domenici provision to the
Iraq emergency funding bill that would affect the compilation and reduction
of small business contracting opportunity by the U.S. Department of Energy.
The Domenici provision would have a "Gross Negligence Effect" on
the ability of our service disabled veterans, especially those injured in
Iraq, to pursue their rehabilitation by denying them fair access to the small
business entrepreneurship made available by the U.S. Congress. |
